WHAT IS RCD™
Regenerative Community Development™ (RCD™) is a living-systems methodology for consciously co-creating communities that increase the Thrivability of people, communities, ecosystems, and the larger living systems of which they are part.
Grounded in living-systems science and developed through thirty years of interdisciplinary research, scholarship, teaching, and applied practice, RCD™ moves beyond sustainability toward the ongoing development of relationships, capacities, systems, and ways of living that enable more life to emerge and thrive.
At its heart is a simple question:
How can we create conditions that allow more life to emerge and thrive?

Together, these processes help communities learn to perceive themselves as living systems, understand their current expression and emerging potential, discern how to participate in ways that support greater life, co-create accordingly, and continually learn from what emerges.
